What is the cheapest delivery option?

We offer standard 1st class delivery £2.00 which is simply put through the letter box and there is no tracking or signature required. Please be aware that this option will not be insured and if it is lost in the post under no circumstances can we refund or exchange your order.

Can I order over the Phone?

Of course you can order over the telephone, but we recommend ordering online as this is the best way to avoid inputting errors of your details. If you wish to place an order over the phone please call 01784 880 884 Monday-Friday 10am-6pm.

 
Do you accept returns?

We accept returns but only in the case that the item is damaged or not what you ordered when relating to seeds. Once a pack of seeds has been opened under no circumstances will we accept the seeds as returns. If you have ordered Electrical items or smoking accessories then for any reason you can return your item to us but you will be liable for the return postage.

I think my order is lost what should i do?

Firstly check your emails as we may have sent you an email saying your payment declined or your items were out of stock. If the item has been sent out then UK items can take up to 14 days to arrive before insurance can commence. Worldwide delivery can on occasion take up to 21 days and insurance can only be made after 21 working days. Will cannabis ever be legal in the UK?

This is a question that is under much debate and currently is getting looked at more seriously as the government’s war on drugs policies are failing. There is a lot more open minded views coming into politics lately and we can only hope it is a matter of time before something changes for the better. In the USA there are many states that are legal in medicinal marijuana possession so hopefully we will follow suit.
