This budget Power Kite is a cheap but extremely fun entry level option for beginners. It is a 2 Line kite with Nylon lines and is 2 meters wide. The lines provided with this kite are good to get started and will handle most general UK wind conditions.

 

For an absolute beginner this kite is a good option to get you in the air and learning the basics but really would be no good for more advanced flyers. 2 Line Power Kites are very easy to fly with no experience and are suitable for most ages. They are generally recommended for ages 3 and over but really to be able to control the flight this one would more suit a child over 5-6 years.
