At Just Feminized we are trying to create the perfect online shopping experience. We have added as many options as possible to our checkout process and hope that it is a hassle free experience from start to finish.

Placing your order

You can order Online, by Telephone, Email or Post but we recommend ordering online as this is the best way to avoid inputting errors of your details. If you wish to place an order over the phone please see our contact us page by (clicking here)

 
When you place your order please make sure you use an email address or phone number as we email to confirm orders have been sent and use your phone number if there is a problem.

Once you have placed your order you can expect to receive an email confirming what you have ordered and instructions if you have opted to pay by bank deposit or postal order. We will only send out goods once your order is paid for in full. Credit cards are instantly processed as our system is set up so that all payments are handled by a secure 3rd party payment system.  This system prevents fraud and creates a much safer shopping experience for our cusomters. We will confirm by email once your payment is accepted or we will let you know if it declines for some reason. Please ensure that you enter all the details correctly during checkout as this will delay dispatch if errors are made. We offer a 24 hour guaranteed delivery service (£7.50 Special delivery only) the only exception to this guar6antee is if the item is out of stock which we will email to confirm (Mon-Fri) or if you have ordered on a Friday the standard £7.50 does not guarantee Saturday delivery.

Returns for Faulty goods or items received in error

We do not guarantee any of our seeds related products as they are sold strictly as souvenirs only. No returns or refunds are excepted unless they arrive damaged or in the event where we have sent you the wrong product in error. If you require seeds to be returned for one of these reasons only then they need to be completely unopened and also in the original sealed breeders packaging.

If on receipt of goods you find the goods to be faulty or not what you ordered then you need to return the goods to the return address on the back of the package within 14 days. Please send items back using a recorded delivery method as lost items as a result of royal mail will not be our liability. Once we receive the goods back to us we will re-send the items you first wanted out to you or if the item is unavailable offer you an alternative product. If this is not suitable we will then refund your order with the extra postage you have paid.

With the exclusion of seeds, if you are not satisfied with any of the products, please notify us within 14 days, and return the goods to us.
Please send products back as they were received. We will not replace any products after 28 days unless otherwise stated on the individual product descriptions. If the item cannot be re-sent then we will refund it or offer you an alternative product.

Data protection assured

We store and process customer data in accordance with the current legal requirements of the data protection law, the telecommunications laws and the tele services protection law. All data is kept securely on our systems and will not be exchanged with any third party companies unless you have asked us to do so.

Terms and Conditions regarding Marijuana seeds

Germination of cannabis seeds is illegal in most countries. Just feminized does not in any cercumstances condone or promote illegal use of any of our products. You must be at least 18 years old to use our website and if you are under 18 then please (click here). By section 6 of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971 it is an offence to cultivate any plant of the genus Cannabis in the United Kingdom without a license from the Secretary of State. Anyone committing an offence contrary to this section may be imprisoned of fined, or both. Please note therefore that germination of cannabis seeds without an appropriate license is illegal in the United Kingdom.

If you are placing an order from a country where seeds may be illegal then you are doing so at your own liability and we cannot be held liable for these purchases.
